Practicing figures!

I really haven't had much time to paint or post as life seems to have taken on a really hectic turn this last month. Anyway I have done some sketches and tried a painting of a figure. I like the pencil sketches better than the painting!

    Hello Brinda, I like all your drawings. The painting is particularly good the way you have let the paint run into the washes.

    I tend to always like my pencil sketches better too.... But with that said, you really captured the colors here and it has a wonderfully "non-fussy" feeling about it. The highlights on her fingers and arms and bracelets is really nice.
